Could I be????

I had a long period, it started July 24th-August 5th. It was my first period after the depo-provea shot, I’ve had unprotected sex on all of my ovulation days, I’ve been having pain in my breasts even the areoles of my breasts look larger, lower back, and even my vagina I’ve also been having a little bit of discharge. I’ve been very sleepy, getting headaches, and having heartburn more frequently. Could I be? I’m not gonna Get a pregnancy test until I see that I’m late for my best period, but I’m curious to know what y’all think.
