Piercing bleeding

I got the Ashley piercing (directly through bottom lip). My lip was swollen obviously and everything was going good until I accidentally bit down on the bar yesterday afternoon while eating (the bar is bigger right now for swelling). After that it started bleeding. Not gushing blood by any means but a slow trickle and it hasn’t stopped. I wipe the blood off over and over and it’ll be scanned up over like an hour but I don’t want to over clean it and make it worse. I tried leaving it alone for awhile to see if that would help but it got SOO scabbed and crusty all over my mouth.

I’ve been cleaning with bactine like the piercer told me to, but for some reason now it won’t stop bleeding really slowly. What can I do? I really don’t want it to get infected. It’s only been 3 days.
