The last two nights have been rough- one night LO woke up at 4 and would not go back to sleep until almost 5, and last night she woke up at 11:30, 1, and 4 (though she fell back asleep within 15 min each time).

I find this time more difficult than her other sleep regressions because I knew what she was going through then. Now, it could be a new tooth too- I think the top ones are coming in, but it’s hard to tell if they’ve broken through because her bottom ones are so sharp 😭 and I find myself wondering if she’s in pain or if she’s just waking up for a weird reason.

Ugh 😩
