How many hours does your baby sleep per 24h period?

My 2.5 mo sleeps about 12h at night (with a half hour intermission for eating), plus 2-4 h during the day, I’d say.

My 12week old sleeps 10hrs at night, then eats (20mins), plays (40mins) naps (30-1.5hrs depending) then repeats until bedtime.

Between a 24 hour span usually 14-15 hours. A majority is at night about 10 hours or so!

Sleeps pretty much the same as your little one! 12hrs at night with a half hour eating session and then usually 3 naps with 2 being about 45 mins (my oldest is loud lol) and 1 being about 2 hrs.

My 11 week old sleeps 9 hours at night and maybe 2 hrs total in the day (several shorter naps).

Mine is 13 weeks tomorrow. Recently she has been getting 2 hour shifts of sleep at night so maybe 8 hours between 8 pm and 8 am. Then 3-4 naps of about 30 minutes each during the day. So overall between 10-11 hours. She obviously needs more sleep but we're struggling with it. Here's hoping it's the 4 month regression or a growth spurt and things will be better soon.
