Struggling...

Last cycle I got my first ovarian cysts... it was a weird feeling. I honestly thought I was pregnant. I was having some sharp stabbing pain on my right lower pelvic. It was also 7 days before my period so I wasn’t sure if I was having PMS symptoms...
