Excitment ended with sadness

Im going through an infertility treatment and this is my 2nd cycle of treatment. DPO 12 shows negative pregnancy test but deep in my heart i can feel that it will be positive. Went for consultation and my gyne confirmed that im not preggy.. A week passed and there is no period. I start getting pinkish brown discharge in the DPO 22 morning but no period flow for the whole day. I retook pregnancy test on the next day DPO 23 n show big fat positive YEY!!!. Rushed to my gyne and we could see the sac in ultrasound n blood taken for HCG check. Results will be out tomorrow DPO24. But sadly I started to get heavy blood flow.Im worried if had a miscarriage. 😭😭😭
