Should I be concerned ...?

First extremely sensitive breasts. Now I’m peeing more often than I normally do..throughout the night and during the day- almost every hour or couple hrs. I’ve been feeling bloated as well. Granted the bloating can be pms, as well as breast sensitivity, but the frequent bathroom trips and this is a bit concerning..could this be implantation spotting? The last time I was pregnant I had a miscarriage. I experienced very similar changes in my body within the first couple weeks back then soooo I’m a bit concerned however I don’t want to jump ahead of myself...thoughts?
