Mommy fitness!!


Hey all- so I’ve had a really emotional pregnancy (really the only pregnancy symptom i can think of but it’s taken a toll on some of my relationships!! ) So I’ve decided to take up working out to release some endorphins. I find it’s working but at times it’s hard to stay motivated! With that being said I’ve decided to create an Instagram page where I log some workouts to not only encourage myself and hold myself accountable but perhaps motivate some of you to keep active and move around!!!
