Dessert with cooked wine?
There‘s this plum compote I bought for dessert, but I only remembered after buying it that it‘s cooked with wine. Is it still safe for me to eat it? Some people say there‘s still some alcohol left after cooking, but I‘ve had this dessert before and I NEVER tasted any alcohol and I‘m very sensitive to it, because I hate the taste of alcohol. By the way, it is all homemade.
