Cramping in First Trimester
Hi - I am 4 weeks along and this is my first pregnancy. This is the week of my missed period. I have been experiencing pretty painful cramps. They are even waking me up at night. No spotting or bleeding though. Is this normal? The cramps definitely hurt more than period cramps.
