Baby won’t eat solids!

My 9 month will only eat store bought purée foods! She won’t eat anything that I’m eating or any finger foods. Ive tried everything from real fruits to mashed potatoes. I’ve tried meats, watermelon, bread and she won’t open her mouth or put it in her mouth at all. Sometimes she won’t even touch it lol. Is this normal? Here is a pic of what I gave her this morning which is peanut butter toast, mashed up avocado/guacamole, and puffs. she picked up the bread for a second and started putting it towards her mouth but then threw it down 😩 She won’t even eat the puffs. I’ve been trying to get her to eat the puffs for months and she won’t even touch them. Also, she won’t even put a teething toy in her mouth, she’s always been like that. Is this normal behavior?
