Tampons & first PP period
Can you use tampons for your first period pp? I’m just over 7w pp, stopped bleeding at 4w. I’d like to go swimming today so I was wanting to use one but idk if it is safe. I got clearance for sex etc at 4w, so I’m assuming it’d be okay?
