Ocular migraines in pregnancy

A few years ago, I started having ocular migraines. It only happened a couple times and then stopped and never occurred again. Once I hit about 20 weeks, I have had them 2-3 times a day now. I want to call my OBGYN just because it does take away my vision and that makes it hard to work and also I can’t drive. It says online that this is common in pregnancy, so I just want to know if anyone else experiences this? Did your OBGYN do anything about them? Did you get them this often? Just give me all the information! Haha.
