How long does it take for your tsh levels to drop to the ideal range for ttc ? I have high thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin. Started taking levo yest and will be seeing an endocrinologist this week. Do I need to have a strict diet to control hypothyroid or just take levo only ?

I'd like to know how long does it take for your levels to drop. Any ladies care to share ? Thank you
