FAM method

hello! i’m 22 and about to get married. we’ve waited to have sex and so i have a question about the FAM method. i’ve been tracking my period for years so my app knows when i’m ovulating. is it fine for him to finish inside of me when i’m not in the ovulation window of like a week? my cycle is 30 days and quite regular. I’m just wondering if he can cum inside me when i’m not ovulating or if he needs to wear a condom. i’m aware this is a stupid question hahah 😂 thank you!
