Is this normal ??

Hi everyone! So It’s been my fertile week for the past few days and I just started my ovulation today . I have been noticing a lot more symptoms then usual. I’ve been getting headaches, mood swings. I’ve been verrrryyyy emotional, I’ve been bloated, had stomach cramps, and hot flashes. I am a virgin but I do do sexual stuff with my boyfriend ( like fingering, dry humping, head) stuff like that. I’ve been doing it during this week and I don’t know if that’s had an impact on my symptoms or.. I don’t think I’m pregnant but after reading stuff online it’s been freaking me out and I do suffer form severe anxiety... does anyone else have similar symptoms during this week for them:)
