Being comfortable

I've only slept with one guy and it was a huge mistake. I'm 20 and I just don't knew how to be comfortable enough with a guy to have sex again. I mean I wasn't comfortable the first time but I wasn't fully myself when it happened like I want to be comfortable with a guy but idk I just can't it scares me to think about having sex again... But I want too sometime soon. 😞
