I’ve been on the pill for a little over a year now. I skipped my period once and had horrible mood swings so I didn’t skip it again up until recently, I decided to skip it again and see if I had a better go. Finished one pack and moved right to my next and started bleeding, it was light and stayed light (heavier than spotting but not a medium flow) for 11 days. I ended up stopping mid pack so I could try and get my body back to normal. My husband and I had unprotected sex twice since I’ve been off the pill.. once he pulled out but it was the worst pull out ever, the second time he didn’t even try to pull out. How do I know when I ovulate/ovulated?
