Woke up at 3am to pee. I have this throbbing pain in my left nipple that wont go away. Great, now I cant sleep.  I have always been told that pain in nipples like that is usually a clogged milk duct. I tried a warm wet rag for awhile...did nothing. I notice it hurts more laying down than standing up (oh great...). I am just 12 weeks. Too early to produce any milk yet. Anyone else with this issue. It hurts ?
