LO refusing to eat?

Anyone else having problems with meal time?
I can't get my LO to eat. It's really starting to worry me. 
He only wants to eat fruits all day. I didn't think it was a big deal but he's starting to have regular bouts of diarrhea.
Is this just a phase?

They want a lot of fruit because of the natural sugar to give them energy because they’re so mobile now. I offer meat/protein first to try to get our son to eat some of that first, then veggies, then fruit. I’ve also realized he has less interest in sitting and eating more recently. We end up putting food on chairs, in snack cups, or sitting on the floor with him often. (He’ll sit on the kitchen floor). He also only wants to use adult fork when eating and will throw food until he has one. 
Other ideas, maybe make smoothies so you can hide a bunch of veggies in there. Or try granola with dried fruit. Maybe change up the type of fruit you have. 
It is a phase but maybe a work around will help. Good luck

Just give him options with every meal, some meals include a fruit, others don’t. You can’t “get” him to eat. He will eat what he wants out of what you serve. Eventually he’ll get over just eating fruit. Sorry about the diarrhea though, that’s not fun!
