Sexual Numbess?

Around 3-4 years ago I could look at a picture of a hot guy being intimate, or read something out of a book and feel excitement from that. But now, I see it, and can acknowledge it’s hot, but I don’t *feel* anything anymore. Not as intensely at least. I haven’t had a bf, I’m a virgin, but I know I’m more perceptive to stuff irl. I’m just wondering what’s up with that change and if any of you have experienced the same?
