Im 38 weeks pregnant & I have swimmers ears 😫

I started to develop this infection around Friday in the afternoon .. my ears was okay and I could of swore i didn’t even add water to my ears .. my ears started to hurt a little bit and it was getting worse that I feel like I was going deaf .. I went to the hospital and they prescribed me otic ear solution which I applied 5 drops daily been putting that in my ears since Saturday till now and I still haven’t heal from it .. my left ear still hurt like if someone putting a knife in there and screaming at me .. I feel like half of my face has a fever and I been drinking Tylenol and adding drops .. I haven’t slept for 4 days mind you I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I feel like I’m going crazy.. I’m crying and praying for this pain to go away .. not sure to go to the hospital again or call my obgyn about it .. all I know this pain in my ear feels like hell & I would never wish this pain to anyone .. does anyone recommend me anything .. like what should I do ? Cut my ear off ? HELP ! ☹️😢😢😢
