what time have you gone to bed?
me: 9:00 pm

Get into bed around 9-10, fall asleep around 1, wake for the day around 4? Then maybe a 2 hour nap later on. I’ve been having a ton of trouble sleeping lately. I’m usually on a great schedule but I’m all messed up now

I was such an early-to-bed person up until about two weeks ago. Now my baby boy kicks and stretches a ton from 8pm-10pm so I just have to scroll the internet until he stops...he’s moving around right now so it’s an especially late night tonight I guess 🥴

Sometimes 2am if I’m lucky. Sometimes 5am. During the day I can’t stay awake more than 2 hours no matter what though. Gotta set the toddler up with the switch and nap off and on all day
