Irregular bleeding on mini pill

Just wanted some advice, I’m on cerezette, so I have no periods, I’ve been on the mini pill for about 3 years & never had any problems. Last Friday I randomly started bleeding, fairly heavy it’s also been accompanied by bad headaches, it’s nearly been a week & im still bleeding. The nurse who I spoke to just told me it’s common to have irregular bleeding but it’s showing no signs of stopping. Should I carry on with the pill or stop? I just want the bleeding & these headaches to stop 😩
