Cervix and period due

Ok so I’m due on my period however I have also took plan be because of a ini ident that occurred so for some reason I decided to feel around my cervix I when I took my finger out there was like white stuff (only way I can describe it is it looked like cottage cheese) that type of consistency does anybody get this before periods it’s always on my finder if I touch my cervix ?
