Helllp so scared... pink discharge after sex

So recently I’ve been having pink discharge after sex. I am on the pill and take it at the proper times. I am also very lubricated and it doesn’t hurt when I have sex. My partner is thinking it’s pregnancy. I am thinking it’s polyps. I do have unprotected sex and I just had my period the start of this month. I don’t think it pregnancy from the fact I take my pill at the right time and my pills stops ovulation. Has anyone experienced pink discharge after sex also? I’m just very paranoid now.
