Should I ask doc about endometriosis?

Hello.

Looking for some advice regarding endometriosis. I have some potential symptoms but not sure if its enough to warrant a visit to the docs.

1. Bad period pain. This doesn't happen every month but I've been doubled over enough times for it to be suspicious.

2. Leg, thigh and back pain during AF. This is every month.

3. Pelvic pain. As with period pain and some very mild niggles mid month which I put down to ov.

4. Unexplained infertility. Been trying 5+ years.

Has anyone who has been diagnosed had similar to the above issues?
