Super weird question

Idk how to ask this but I’m kinda freaking out if this is normal or not.

I was changing my daughter and for some reason decided to inspect more thoroughly (was getting over a diaper rash so wanted to make sure it was gone) and noticed that she has “peach fuzz” AND a few super super light and fine hair down there, resembling pubic hair..?! They’re not very noticeable unless you’re looking intently.

Is this normal?! I can’t remember if it has always been there or just showed up? Isn’t it too early?

She’s 17.5 months old
