Notifications of a long period..

Has anyone else gotten a notification of a long period when they haven’t gotten an actual period for a while??? I had an actual period in May and then it’s been weird in June and July only either 1-2 days of an actual flow and 2-3 days of spotting. And I got this notification from glow. My Ob thinks I’m still just regulating from having an IUD in for so long.
