How Do You Deal With The Witching Hour?

My little girl is 4 weeks olds ever since she turned 2 weeks she’s always fussy in the evening around the same time (7pm-9pm). 
If your little one experiences the witching hour as well what are some things you do to calm your baby down ?

We pass him back and forth between us. Switching who is holding him seems to calm him. I also let him cluster feed, use a pacifier, swaddle, rock him and hope it ends soon.

Rock him, sing to him, dance him, the thing that worked best water sounds and bathing him. I also cried with lol. My LO witching hour is between 7-11pm

Put LO in carrier and walk. Agree with swapping out the caregiver bc that changes up the soothing techniques. And cocktails, unless you’re BF, and then just one.

My little one just got over this. It’s rough! I noticed that swaddling him cut down on the amount of time he cried a ton. We’d also give him a pacifier and rock him in our arms while walking.

Cluster feed and just switch positions with him until it passes. All I can really do 🥴

The only thing that calmed my first born was to walk around outside. She would be totally calm and quiet. The second we stepped back inside she started screaming again 🙃 
My second isnt as bad in the evenings (only 4 weeks old, knock on wood), but we still have to hold her more and cluster feed a bit.

We started swaddling him and starting our bedtime routine around 7. Get him swaddled and ready for bed, I’ll bounce him on yoga ball, walk around with him, rock him, get the room dark, white noise on, have a bottle ready for him . After a few days of this earlier bedtime I’m noticing a difference

I do white noise and my husband and I take turns rocking her and sometimes walking around with her
