Ladies advice?

I have been trying to decide on cutting my hair to a more "mom cut" my husband doesn't agree at all! But I wanna start taking the time out and not wearing it in a bun all the time my hair is dead from that! 
Pleas an honest with your input..

Keep in mind I'm going grey at 27!!

And advice hair styles will be awesome

I think the first one looks nice and will suit you well. You don’t want to go too light on the color especially if you’ve never tried it before. You might not like it.

Can’t go wrong with a shoulder length bob. As for the colour talk to your stylist as you say you have greys to cover and colour tends to be brighter/lighter on those.
