How long do you think it would take for the bad to come out?

All my ex’s red flags came out around the year and a half mark. That is why I am a firm believer that is takes a LONG time and several life changes to truly get to know someone.

I think you really don’t know a person until you’ve dated a year. You see them through all seasons/holidays/birthdays along with friend/family/professional interactions.

With my ex husband it took like 2 years for the bad to come out. Started 2 weeks after we got married. Started with me finding out he had been cheating on me for at least a year with multiple women and was never going to tell me because, in his words, "you never would have married me if I had told you." Like duh. I stayed though. We went through therapy. Things were okay for a little bit. Then he started with emotional and verbal abuse. And then it changed to physical abuse. Filed for divorce a year and a half after we got married. He refused to sign the last piece of paper and it took 10 months to finalize. But it's okay because he told me we didn't have to get divorced, but he wanted to be able to "fuck around with other people" We've been divorced for about 8 yrs now. Every once in awhile he will create a new account and reach out to me. I just block and delete. 
I've been with my current husband for about 5 1/2 yrs now. We have a 2.5 yr old daughter. We've been married for a bit over a yr now. I mean everyone has flaws. Myself included. But as far as really big massive dealbreaker red flags, none have come up. I don't think they will be.

You really don’t know a person until a few months at the very least. I don’t think you fully know a person until living with them for a bit, but I’m guessing that’s not the answer you were looking for based off the poll options.

They say up to 6 months. Before that is a honeymoon stage. But they can show redflags whenever.
