Glucose Test
I passed the 1hr Glucose test! I got a 121 and the cut off was 139.
I thought I'd share what I did to try and help me pass: I stopped eating anything with high carbs about midday the day before the test. For supper the night before and for breakfast the day of, I had scrambled eggs with cheese and cottage cheese (no judgement please, I love my eggs that way 😍😂). While I can't say how much it actually helped, I feel like it didn't hurt!
So if any of you haven't taken the test yet, give it a shot! If you don't like eggs but want to try something, I'd try anything that's low carb/high protein the night before and the day of.
