TTC and Alcohol Consumption

Hello all! My husband and I are TTC and my AF is due at around Thanksgiving. I have a couple events coming up before then that will involve drinking (mainly wine). How do I decline drinking at these events without raising suspicion that I'm TTC? I feel like the second I say I'm not drinking, people will think I'm TTC or pregnant already, and I'm not ready to divulge that information yet. Thanks everyone!
