Sex life please help

I need your ladies help! Me and my husband literally only have sex once a week. We’re 21 & 23. And he doesn’t really show interest. I’ve tried so many times to get him in the mood and I even tell him I want to have sex more and he doesn’t engage in it. Story...This one time we were in the middle of foreplay and his phone rang and he answered it...when he came back I thought we would continue where we left off but he showed no interest in it and we didn’t have sex at all. Please help. What’s your advice?
