Headaches

I don't know if it's just pregnancy symptoms or if I'm actually sick. I've been having headaches and I'm really dizzy. The back of my neck is sore and if I bend down my head feels like it's going to explode I also have a little cough(nothing to crazy) I'm 29 weeks and 2 days. What should I do?!?!?
