Am I pregnant ??

So in July 15, I had sex up w my BF (he rubbed his dick on my vagina but I was wearing underwear) , got a normal period the next day and everything was fine. It’s now August 23rd and my period is 9 days late but I’ve been getting period symptoms for two weeks now. my boobs are hurting, my lower back is hurting, nausea, constipation, feeling bloated, and my period still hasn’t come! Not even any spotting! I’ve even taken two pregnancy tests and they both came out negative. Has anyone ever experienced this before?
