Hi everyone! I am pregnant with my 3rd, final babe! Just found out today! I am starting about 3-5 lbs above where I want to be. I am hoping to keep my weight down for the first trimester. And hoping once morning sickness kicks in I can make healthier choices! I also have a Fitbit where I plan to do 10,000 steps a day. My question is, what are something you plan to do to stay healthy during your pregnancy?
