Late period?

Long story short, I had sex and my boyfriend came in me. I’m on the depo shot and my period is 20 days late. I’ve taken a pregnancy test last week, negative.

And one a few days ago, also negative.

Before birth control my period was regular and now my cycle hasn’t came.

Has my birth control slowed my period down already?
