Slight Bleeding One Time 13w6d

So today I am 13 weeks 6 days, I haven’t had any cramping at all today or any days before, and I just went to the restroom and when I wiped there was a little bit of bright red blood, not a lot either. It wasn’t in the toilet, my panties, etc. it was just on the toilet paper, the first wipe... I called the on-call OB at my OBGYN, and I am currently waiting for a call back, I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or anyone’s opinions on it. I do have a picture, but I feel as if it’s TMI to be posted on the internet.... Thank You...
