The previous two days my son had a fever of about 101/102. We gave him Tylenol and Motrin in tandem and the fever broke last night. He was eating and drinking fine the entire time and going to the bathroom like normal so our doctor said to just keep an eye on him for a spike in fever.

He’s in much better spirits today and not nearly as sleepy/sick but he won’t eat ANYTHING. All he’s had all day is one bite of yogurt and 8 ounces of formula. He also screamed through both of his naps and slept 30 minutes total. I am going to call his doctor first thing in the morning it is that soon enough? Should I be concerned? And is there anything I can do to help him sleep?
