Mommas and the scales!
I averaged 151-153 but then i went on vacation and now I’m 155-157. I wanted to lose the weight before I got pregnant but that didn’t happen. Now I have a severe problem of constantly weighing myself and I know that’s not good because it will fluctuate from day to day and I know it’ll just go up being pregnant. Do you moms weigh yourself often, wait until the doctors appointment or not pay attention at all? I’m trying to eat healthy and continue working out but it’s all I think about all day 😔 just not in the shape I wanted to before I got pregnant. Often looking at my mom pouch that got bigger with those extra pounds.
