Dry eye at night

Does any one else have this or what could be causing it? I’ve been having dry eyes when I’m about to go to sleep or when I wake up, even if I wake up in the middle of the night, it more my left than my right, but my right gets dry too. I’ve had my AC blasting day and night, but tonight it’s off and the windows are open so I don’t think it’s that.

I don’t have a problem during the day, but it’s hard to sleep with it at night, I’m going to get some drops to help tomorrow, but I don’t know why it’s dry.
