Light bleeding

I’m now 14 weeks as of today. Yesterday me and DH had sex. I started to have some light bleeding in the middle of the day. It started pink and then got darker. We did quite a bit of walking. That’s when I notice I was spotting. I went to the bathroom to pee. As I wiped I seen blood. I began to cramp slightly. Got home put on a panty liner and it’s nothing on there. Only when I went to use the restroom. As I wipe it’s still light no flow at all. Today I’m taking off work for rest. Is this normal or should I call my midwife?
