My Husband Thinks He Cheated On Me Part 2

Oh my God! I can not believe this is happening... So I took your guys advice and took him to the hospital. They took an STD test we are still waiting on the results, but they decided to just give him the gonorrhea and chlamydia antibiotics for just in case. As far as the drug test goes they found ketamine in his system which is one of the date rape drugs (aka roofies). As far as the video taped go police are working on that and say they will give us a call. This part may get a little triggering so this is a warning. He mentioned to me at the hospital he was in pain on his ass. The doctors did a physical and there was torn tissue. He asked what that meant and we all got quiet. Doctor said " Basically there was more definitely a sexual assault". After that my husband didn't talk the rest of the visit. Weird thing was, they didn't fine semen. They said it seemed like it was done with an object not an actual penis... We got home and my husband locked himself in the room again. I'm trying to figure multiple things out at once. One big one is how the hell we are gonna pay our rent when his money was stolen. I knocked on the door and tried to cuddle him but he pushed me away and said " I guess I did cheat on you...." I'm trying to explain that sexual assault and cheating are NOT the same but he just started crying and wanted to be left alone. I feel bad that I ever accused him of cheating. I understand he needs time to let this sink in, I just hate that he's pushing me away...
