WHY DO WOMEN FIND IT OKAY TO SAY “are you having twins?!” TO A VERY PREGNANT WOMAN?

I recently saw a lady from church. The last time I saw her was when I was 12 weeks pregnant and I’m currently 39. So, obviously she hasn’t seen me in a while. The first thing she asked me was “Are you having twins!?”

Look lady, I know my belly is huge. I get it. But that’s so RUDE! I proceeded to tell her “no, its just one! 😊” and she says “you must have big babies then!”

Like... what.. a big belly doesn’t always mean a big baby. Ugh, it must be my pregnancy hormones but I’m tired of these comments.
