Light bleeding @ 23 weeks

Had intercourse yesterday evening, went to the bathroom right after and this what on the toilet paper when I wiped. Had some Pelvic pressure the rest of the evening. It was like that for the rest of the evening. Woke up this morning and the bleeding seems to have stopped but I’ve had 2 huge globs of what I believe to be my mucus plug come out. Baby has been very active all morning and no pain. Should I be concerned about how much of my mucus plug has come out, I know it regenerates but I feel like that a lot back to back. Thank you!
