Lovenox MTHFR???

I have had 2 miscarriages this year. We did testing on our first fetus after a D&C and everything was chromosomally normal. We had no idea what was causing these issues until I got a bunch of blood tests done. I tested positive for an MTHFR mutation.

I am now pregnant again..4w1d. I have read SO much about people being put on baby aspirin, folate, and lovenox. My doctor has only prescribed folate and that’s it.. I kept asking about being put on a blood thinner injection and he said my MTHFR mutation isn’t a blood clotting disorder. He said I can take baby aspirin if I want to (which I am) but he said he will not prescribe a blood thinning injection because I don’t need it. ?? What do I do?? I have read so much about people with MTHFR mutations put on lovenox and had successful pregnancies. Is baby aspirin enough for me to take??? Please help.
