Hi ladies I wanted to ask I use to take vitex to regulate my periods and black Cohosh to ease up PMS symptoms did I get my self pregnant with twins by using thous things?
I didn’t cross my though of this until I start to research more into thous things vitex picks up the odd of twins and black cohosh as well...
