If you had it or currently have it can you help me out? Looks like i have it this time around. I didn’t have it with my daughter but I know it’s a little more common with twins. What kind of foods should I be eating? I don’t eat unhealthy as it already is so I’m not sure what to do differently besides cut out sweets and I don’t even eat those that often. Maybe less carbs? I’m sure my doctor will go over this with me but I just want to start eating better before then cause I’m sure it will be a few days before I can see her.
